My Favorite Hair + Makeup Products Of 2020 So Far!

Hi, hello there. It's me. Since I'm a lady and I love trying out different products simply I'm bored and have nothing else to do, I thought I would actually share some of my favorites with the universe. Now, I don't have a list five miles long since I'm pretty picky on the products I use on a day-to-day basis but maybe some of these favorites of mine will pique your interest, and maybe you'll want to try them out for yourself.

Without further ado, here are my favorite makeup and hair products so far this year! I'll probably make a sequel to this at the end of the year but let's see if I end up finding some fun things I try out. Hopefully, I finally find the perfect eyeliner that I've been looking for most of my life. Well, at least a dupe for my favorite which is actually on this list! Yay. Enjoy.

One of my favorite things to do for my hair is put in a hair mask to nourish my hair just a little bit extra if I feel my hair is slightly more dry than usual or my hair isn't looking its best. I've tried a ton of hair masks and this one is by far my favorite. Not only does it smell really good, but I've noticed that my hair immediately feels softer as I'm combing the product through my wet hair after I've shampooed it. I usually leave this hair mask in my hair for upwards to an hour and rinse it out with warm water. It leaves my hair feeling really nice and smooth and I find that compared to other hair masks that I've tried, my hair remains soft and shiny for a few days after I've used the product. I mainly use this on my ends as I'm still trying to heal my hair from the bleaching I've done on it in the past and a little goes a long way as this hair mask does a great job of rehydrating my hair even calming down a lot of my frizz. 10/10 would recommend!

TIGI Bed Head After the Party Smoothing Cream, 3.4 OunceTIGI Bed Head After Party Smoothing Cream
Price: $9.99 - $23.99
Available: UltaAmazon

I got this as a Christmas gift quite a few years ago and I've been in love with this product ever since. I recently started reusing it this year as my hair has been starting to get dry as the weather is starting to get a lot warmer and since I live in Texas, the air is also getting pretty dry.

I've been having some issues with frizz and keeping my hair looking nice and smooth and this product works wonders. It leaves your hair feeling very soft, smooth, shiny, and tames any wild hairs that aren't staying in place. I little of this stuff also goes a long way since I have short but thick hair. It's a nice creamy texture and doesn't weigh my hair down. It lasts for a pretty long time since you don't need to use much of the product and it's cheaper at certain places depending on where you like to shop. It's great for the humid weather and keeps your hair nice a tame!

Since I'm obsessed with trying different hair masks and comparing which ones I like more, this one is in my top 3 favorites. I usually buy these little packs whenever I'm traveling as I like to use hair masks in place of my normal conditioner and these are the perfect little size for that.

Even though the packs are small, they pay off is amazing. Not only does it smell really good and leaves my hair smelling fresh and clean, but it also does an amazing job of smoothing my hair and nourishing it. My hair will be super soft for days after I've used it and it honestly does feel like it's an intensive hair mask that penetrates deeply into the strands and moisturizes it. Sadly there's no full size for this product but I think if you're wanting to try it out without committing to a full 16 OZ, this is perfect or if you just want to have a couple of hair masks at the ready in case your hair is needing some serious TLC.

MAKEUP

BETTY BOOP™ x IPSY Drawn To You EyelinerBetty Boop Drawn To You Eyeliner X IPSY

I actually received this eyeliner a few months bag in my IPSY Box and ever since this liner came into my life, it has been forever changed.

As a girl who LOVES eyeliner and owns over 20+ eyeliners in different colors, brands, and forms, I know how I like my liquid liners.

This one is hands down my favorite eyeliner I've ever tried and that's saying a lot because I've tried plenty of liquid liners during my time. The tip is skinny and long but the product flows perfectly through the long tip and it's always creamy and ready to go. It comes out opaque and inky, not at all dry, which is my biggest struggle when it comes to felt tip liners having a long tip. The ink often can't travel throughout the entire tip so when I started using this one, it was everything I could've ever wanted in a liquid liner with a long skinny felt tip. I really really wish this product was for sale as I've been looking for the perfect dupe for MONTHS and have yet to find one. I've been using this liner sparingly since I'm scared I'll run out. Pray for me.

Once again, I received this mascara in an IPSY Box a few months back and truthfully, I have them to thank the most because they allow me to play with new makeup without paying a pretty penny for all the products.

I never really cared for trying out different mascaras since I honestly believed there wasn't really a difference in products, I mean, mascara is mascara right? But when this mascara came into my life, I felt lied to.

I've tried quite a few mascaras from all different brands just to see if there was a difference at all, which ones made my lashes look better and honestly, none really stood out except for a couple. But this product I'm OBSESSED with. With just a couple swipes, it makes my lashes look so much longer, fuller, and thicker. It's such a crazy difference! Not to mention the mascara is insanely black which I love since most black mascaras aren't really that dark and inky color that I love. I'm definitely buying this for the rest of my life!

Do you have your own list of favorite products? Any that you would recommend? LET ME KNOW! Until next time!
