So first things first, I made two orders. Let me explain.

I decided to buy the first few items that I knew for sure I wanted and pre-order those and make a second order on the day of the drop so I could get a better look at the other items available. Makes sense right? Right. Moving on.

For this first order, I got two lipsticks and the eyeshadow pallet. But first, can we talk about the packaging?? IT'S BEAUTIFUL. Good job MAC. I applaud you for this one because it is stunning. I'm honestly going to save the packaging and maybe use it for display or decorations. I think it would look really nice on a vanity or even on my desk. This packaging is goals so I'm going to keep it until the day I die. I'm literally not kidding, these are now my babies.

So this first lipstick I got was this beautiful matte liquid lipstick in the color "Big Bertha". I decided to get this color because I LOVE nude lipsticks and although the other colors were pretty, I liked this one the most and I personally would wear it more than the other colors.

I thought about buying all three shades that were available because I love this entire collection but honestly, I didn't want to buy products that I couldn't see myself wearing every day or even often. I don't like the way bright pink lipsticks and glosses look on me or even bright red lipsticks so I chose to just get this one since it's a nice neutral color and I can wear it pretty much year-round.
 The second lipstick I got was this BEAUTIFUL red lipstick in the color "Queen Of Cumbia" and OMG I've never been so in love with something in my entire life.

There's literally a ROSE on the lipstick!! It's such a beautiful shade of red and it's my favorite out of the shades available. I liked that this lipstick isn't such a bright lipstick and a bit on the darker side, a nice scarlet red, and that of the famous lip color that Selena was known for. I really wish there had been a wine red shade available, however. Selena was known for a deep red lip as well and I would have loved for that shade to be in this lipstick as well. But either way, I'm so excited to wear this color, it's just so pretty *cries in cumbia*.


The next item I got was this GORGEOUS eyeshadow pallet titled "Me Siento . . . Muy Excited" which is just amazing. I love the name of this pallet. It's great. Bravo.

The pallet itself is a work of art. I love the design and it's just so pretty to look at! I wouldn't mind displaying this pallet as well on my vanity but of course, I'm gonna have a lot of fun wearing these shades and playing around with it.

It makes me sad to look at it too though. The makeup bag is the same design and I was really hoping to get it. Maybe one day I'll come across one online somewhere or maybe I'll end up making my own. Goodness knows I have plenty of time to make one once Hobby Lobby opens back up. We'll see. Maybe I'll blog about it.

But moving on of course so you can actually see the shades in this pallet which I'm already in love with!

I love eyeshadow so much. I'm such a sucker for an eyeshadow pallet, it's not even funny. Especially the pallets at Target. The makeup section is a very dangerous place for my wallet.

But this pallet has to be my favorite at the moment. Now, I'm one thousand percent being biased but it's also just such a pretty pallet on the outside and inside. I love that these shadows are a mix of mattes and glitters and they match very well with each other. It's a simple little pallet that I think would be very easy to use to create dramatic smokey looks or an easy everyday makeup look. It's versatile and I'm excited to play around with the shadows and see what I can come up with.

I love playing with eyeshadow looks when I'm bored and I often bounce between multiple different pallets to create different looks and I can't wait to try this one out.

Overall, I'm so happy with the products that I ordered and I'm happy and proud to be adding these beautiful lipsticks and eyeshadow pallet to my collection!

I love makeup and playing around with it and I know for a fact that I already own way too many lipsticks and pallets than I should but what can I say, I like pretty things.
